In a family this size, there is bound to be a wide variety of callings between all of us. Please click on "comment" and let us know what your current calling is. You might also let us know how long you've had this calling and what ward you're in.

I am currently serving as the Valient Teacher in Primary. I have 11 children ranging in age from 7 to 10. I love this calling, it is the first time in 25 years that I have taught Primary. Aunt Susan
I am the Home Family and Personal Enrichment Comittee leader. Its a fun and challenging calling.
I am the Relief Society Secretary in my ward as well as the Stake Single Representative for West Maricopa Stake. I can't wait till they find a male rep!! (wink wink) but knowing my luck he'll be Dad's age!
I am currently a Relief Society teacher and teach the second week lesson. This is my first time to be a RS teacher, and I have to say it's my new favorite calling of all time.
Aunt Peggy
Well, Kolby serves in the EQ presidency as Secretary and I am on the Activities Committee! We live out east....The Val Vista 2nd Ward of the Chandler East Stake. The new future stake center will be 1/2 mile from our home and the new seminary building will be down the street. This area is great, we luv it!
Currently I am the 1st Councilor in the YM's. Again, this is the ideal calling from me and I know it had to be from Our Heavenly Father to have me assit and help the boys make the right decisions where at one time I made the wrong one's.
Shawn and I are both currently substitute teachers. They released us from the nursery earlier this year awaiting our departure. We are planning on moving soon so we are serving while we can where we are.
Where are you moving to, Jenny? And Charmaine-did you just move to the house near mine in Peoria, or away from it?
I am a preist quorom advisor, I absolutely love it! Amy is a sun beam primary teacher...don't worry she only has 13 of the little suckers, I guess that's why we are childless at the moment!
I am the assistant librarian in the Windrose Park ward (peoria stake). I am in the same ward as Kort and Amy! Yay! That is fun- Amy is my visiting teacher, and Kort saves me a seat in Gospel Doctrine.(this is priceless, as we really run out of space in there and I have to go late)
Hugh is the assistant Cub Master, and I am the Webelos Leader. I love my calling. My boys are cool. And, Connor will be joining Webelos in August, so we can do scouts together!!
I am the secretary in the sunday school presidency. This means i am in charge of the roles and I will be first on the list to substitute a class when the teacher can't make it. Our ward is the Linda Vista First Ward in the San Diego North Stake.
I am a Visiting Teaching District Leader. So, I have 15, or so, girls report to me every month to tell me if they have faithfully done thier visiting teaching. And if they dont, I call them a million times! I love my calling because I love visiting teaching! :)
we are moving to tempe to one of my in-laws rentals. we are super excited. its a fix-er-uper so we'll hopefully make some money and have some fun being creative turning it around (i'm trying to be positive!)
p.s. i didnt know where to answer to question because i'm not talking about the blog at hand.. but i guess thats how we'll have to work sometimes.. hehe love to all!
Well, Our YM Pres. was released, which means I am now a CTR-12 teacher in the Primary. I know heavenly Father has reasons for everything, but this is a tough one for me. I feel as if I lost some of my Kids! Well I am excited to teach these kids, but am going to miss my calling BIGTIME!!
Ruston, I remember when Elias was that age and how much he loved his Primary teacher. His teacher told the boys a lot of great stories and really made an impression on them. Elias was at a very impressionable age, and it made a big difference in how he looked at the Gospel. I'm glad they put someone like you who really loves the boys in that calling! I hope you have a great time with it!
Peggy
Ruston - Plus just coming from YM and the love you have for it - I think you're the perfect teacher to prepare those boys for the Priesthood! Good Luck!
Since it's taken do long for me to post this I'll probably have to post again next week and change it. For that last 3 1/2 years I have been an activity day leader, aka achievement day leader aka faith in God for girls leader. 6 months ago I was "promoted" so coordinater which means I still lead I just schedule and lead all the leaders and I've given my position the job of teaching the YW preparation. I love it. I love the leaders I work with and I love the girls. Coincidentally (sp?) The 3/6 of us AD Leaders are the wives of the leaders that Ruston served with in the YM program before they made that release. They tried to release me about a month ago and I said no,(:)) so the 2nd cousler said he would take it back to the bishopric for prayer. Well when we were talking to the bishop about Ruston being released the other day I said something about me saying no and I guess I'm not allowed to do that,(oops) so I think I'm going to be released pretty quick here. I'll let you know what happens.
I really can spell family. I'm just really tired! I do have a baby you know, not to mention my insomniac Kolton!
Well Randal and I finally got callings in our new ward. I am the Visiting Teaching Leader... that's what the member of the bishopric called it, but I think it's the Visiting Teaching Supervisor - the coordinators report to me. Or is it vice versa? And Randal is a ward missionary.
